By accessing or using PowerliftIQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PowerliftIQ is a performance analytics platform for competitive powerlifting. The Service provides lifter profiles, rankings, competition analytics, matchup simulations, collectible trading cards, progression tracking, and meet preparation tools. The Service is provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes.
Lifter profiles, competition results, and rankings are sourced from publicly available databases including OpenPowerlifting and federation result sheets. This data is public record. PowerliftIQ aggregates, analyzes, and presents this data but does not originate it.
You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide a valid email address and accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
PowerliftIQ offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro, Elite). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. During beta, all features are available free to verified users.
Kilos and Fragments are virtual currencies earned through platform activity. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Virtual currency balances may be adjusted or reset at our discretion.
Trading cards are digital collectibles featuring lifter names and AI-generated artwork. Cards are fan-created content for entertainment purposes. They are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by the featured lifters or their federations. Card rarity, elements, and power ratings are algorithmically generated from public competition data.
Cards and virtual currency are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify the card system, rarity tiers, pack contents, and virtual economy at any time.
Card artwork and certain platform features use AI-generated content. AI-generated images are stylized representations and are not photographs of real people. PowerliftIQ does not claim that AI-generated content accurately depicts any individual.
You retain ownership of content you post (status updates, comments, training logs). By posting, you grant PowerliftIQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Service. You must not post content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.
Any lifter featured on PowerliftIQ may request removal of their trading card, AI-generated artwork, and/or profile from the platform. Registered users can opt out via Account Settings. Non-registered lifters can email support@powerliftiq.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Not coaching advice: PowerliftIQ provides descriptive analytics from public meet data. It is a performance dashboard, not individualized coaching advice. Attempt recommendations, weight cut calculators, and projections are based on statistical models and should not replace professional coaching.
Data accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, competition data may contain errors from source databases. Rankings, percentiles, and statistics are approximations based on available data.
PowerliftIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to injuries from following attempt recommendations, financial losses from subscriptions, or emotional distress from rankings or matchup predictions.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
