Generate card avatars with Gemini AI or upload photos manually. Each lifter gets a random elemental theme.
Workflow: put reference photos in Front (and optional Back), click Generate Both or Front/Back only, then click Upload to publish to the site. CSE key is only for Auto-Fetch Photos (Google image search), not required if you already have photos. Use JPEG/PNG references if generation fails.
For accurate barbells and plate counts, use the highest-resolution still you have (original meet photo or max-quality download). YouTube hqdefault thumbnails are often too soft—thin competition plates blur together and the model guesses wrong.
Bar load (optional) — use per-color plate counts (all thin IPF-style); optional one-line note appends to the prompt. Same stack on both sleeves.
Front vs Back in this tool: Front is the full card-face illustration (what you see on the front of the digital card). Back is only the portrait slot image stored as ?side=back — on the live site it appears as a small headshot on the designed card back, alongside auto-generated power ratings, profile copy, and meet stats. It will not match a screenshot of the entire card back face.
Generate tier evolution avatars for the progression system. 8 characters x 10 tiers = 80 images. No reference photo needed - these are generated from text prompts only.
